I have been fishing for carp for the past 31 years starting in my early teens fishing local park lakes and day ticket waters before moving on to club lakes and syndicate waters which offered me the rewards for the efforts I was putting in.

Now I mainly concentrate on low stock tricky big fish waters allowing me the chance of putting my years of experience to good use. Living in the Midlands enables me to travel throughout the UK to various venues and likewise I like to travel overseas numerous times during the year throughout Europe for that different challenge.

I am currently enjoying fishing in the Nene Valley and in Lincolnshire on two very big fish waters with plenty of fish still to go for, as well as holding tickets for a couple of very good waters for the future. Running my own business and having a young family allows me 48 hours per week on the bank and I still look forward to that time as I did 31 years ago when the adventure first started.
